Our client Lisa was also looking for a spectacular bridal lehenga to don at her wedding reception in Orissa. She wanted the outfit to be an amalgamation of elegance and opulence and had brought her own fabric for the construction of the lehenga. We decided to go down the classic route with a heavily embellished kalidar lehenga and two dupattas to give Lisa the perfect outfit for a regal bridal entry
Keeping in mind that florals are trending this season, our designers embroidered beautiful floral patterns on the lehenga skirt with codding work and filled the design with shimmery sequins to make it more eye-catching. Sticking with the floral theme, larger flowers were embroidered on the blouse and the rest of the design of the blouse was kept simple and elegant with a round neck and elbow sleeves. We also designed one golden and one pink dupatta to create a contrast with the two drapes as the finishing touch for the glorious ensemble
The Final Look
Lisa looked incredibly alluring in the final outfit and the flared silhouette of the Kalidar lehenga flattered her body type perfectly. The embellishments on the pink lehenga choli sparkled beautifully under the wedding lights and the elegantly draped dupattas added a royal grandeur to the look.
